Dans la Rue et sur la Place des CHAPELIERS résidaient les fabricants de chapeaux au Moyen Âge. Chaque chapelier avait sa propre spécialité en utilisant pour la confection divers matériels : fleurs, coton, plumes de paon ou d’autruche, orfrois, feutre, etc.
